Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, opened or used press-on nail sets cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with EU consumer law exemptions for sealed goods not suitable for return once unsealed.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Beauty or cosmetic products

  • Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery

Once a Nailivique set has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with EU consumer protections.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before shipment

  • Confirmed manufacturing defect

  • Items missing or damaged upon arrival

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
